BOUGHT AN ADD ON LAST NIGHT. TRIED TO USE IT TODAY IN THE US. WON'T WORK. NO CONNECTION AT ALL. USUALLY WORKS GREAT.

Depends where you are in the USA.

Try manually choosing the carrier ATT or T mobile.

Unfortunately with the 3G shutdown many have had less than favourable experiences with it, it is very hit and miss depending on where you are, and in some locations virtually unusable.

Please define 'usually'.

When was the last time you did use US add-on? In recent months less and less PM US add-ons work as expected.

Same no network since morning i tried changing sim card to a different phone also no outcome

Tried manually selecting tmobile and at&t network no outcome this is frustrating
