      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230923"&gt;@Inja&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login your account and have the 2FA code sent to your email then go to the Profile tab and click on Change SIM Card Number (19 digit number).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will cancel the old SIM and active the new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also contact a CS_Agent to put your lost phone on Blacklist so they can’t use the phone or if you have problems accessing your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
