Hello! I was wondering if anyone can explain to the advantage of subscribing to Public Points vs loyalty program.

If you're a newer customer after January 2022, you have no option other than Points program.

If you currently have the old Rewards program... just don't opt out in favour of Points. Rewards are superior to Points.

There are certain cases, mostly where you are spending more money, that the points system is beneficial, but generally there are no advantages to it. For the majority it is beneficial to stay with the old rewards system.

There was big box warning you about the change and you clicked agree and OK

Rewards program is an "agreement" between customers and the business. You agreed and you are bounded by it. They do have an exit clause. All it means is if you don't like the rewards, you can opt out completely

I was wondering the same thing? It looks like points are better when you see the bonus for subscribing and the points offered based on # of months with public mobile. In what way is not as beneficial?
