Incorrect Account

My account was supposed to switch at the beginning of September from my old 3gb at 3G to a 4gb at 4G. Although I am being billed the 4G price, my online account says I am still on my the old 3g one.

@Grav32 Where do you see 3G plan info? Go through your payment history and see what plan you were charged for. It would help us understand if you can post a Screenshot. Make sure to hide any personal details.

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode. The site is terrible for caching. That should update showing what plan you're on.

Thank you! I had to refresh each section individually for them to accurately reflect my correct updated account info.
