    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an unlimited calling plan and its active. It was working fine on the same device for months but just today after recharge, i am getting - could not make the call because you have used all your minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted my phone few times, tried the sim in another phone, airplane mode on/off but still cannot make a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to reboot your phone by powering the phone off by holding down the power button then wait a couple of minutes then power back on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still doesn’t work, it could be a provisional backend issue and need to contact a CS_Agent for help to fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
