You can continue using your current SIM card. Both phones use the same size of SIM card.

No. You just have to watch if SIM card sizes are the same and use appropriate adapter if needed.

Then there is something with Apple ID or whatever to handle.

@Anter You only need a new SIM card if you are having problems with your signal/service or if you have an iPhone 4S or lower.
