That helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM Service problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be local cell tower has issues. Did you try to connect moving further from your current area (few km)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
