    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/260155"&gt;@Davemac5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;how did you "cancel" the account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally, there are only two ways to "cancel" the account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Port the number out to another provider and your account will be closed immediately&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Disable Pre-Authorized payments, PM will then unable to charge you to renew, your account will ben be suspended and then 90 more days later, your account will be closed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you do any of these?&amp;nbsp; if not, if you simply not using the service or just remove the sim card, it is not considered as account cancelled.&amp;nbsp; You will need to login to My Account and do step 2 above to avoid further charging from PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
