Ordering Pre Owned Phones

I would like to order a pre owned phone but the site is telling me to log in to my account.

I cannot see anywhere in the account where I can order a phone.

I want to order a phone under my account so I can cash in on the present offer.

Any ideas?

@Rosguru it is confusing, but PM CPO site has a different login system compare with Community or My Account.

So, just create a login there, you can use the same email address.

@Rosguru You should be able to place your order (Buy Now) and make a payment as a guest and there is no other login or account needed to purchase.

Yes me too. I bought one as guest as it seemed the only option and didn't receive the benefits in the offer?!

you should be able to get it still, just open ticket with Customer support:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
