I recently opted for a 4G upgrade. if anything, my data is SLOWER now. Do I need a different SIM card??

No, you don't need a new sim card

how long you have made the upgrade? it takes 48 hours for the new speed to come

and, try reboot the phone

Please let us know if this gets better. I just upgraded as well but it won't kick in for another 2 weeks.

Holy smokes! Two weeks sounds like a very long time. Is there an official statement for that? I mean, two days (48 hours) is one thing, half your payment cycle is a different story all together.

@wetcoaster- lol I read it that he scheduled the change for his renewal two weeks out. Maybe I'm wrong.

I have rebooted many times. The upgrade was done about a month ago
