      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just making sure of terminology. So you're a customer here and for some reason along the way you went through the steps in the account to change your number. Was this an attempt to port in from another provider? Or to pick up a new number from here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this was just very recent then support can likely get the number back. If it was longer than recently and if the number originated from elsewhere then that could be a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe you'd share the first 6 digits of your number. But that would tell us the province and area that the number came from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
