topic US Roaming and Roaming Bundle. in Get Support

After waiting 24 hours after Roaming/bundle expires, am I allowed to buy the exact same package? Can we only buy bundles before leaving Canada? Can we buy additional roaming and roaming bundles from the US or does it have to originate in Canada. I will purchase a Verizon Jet Pack package for data so I can take the Jet Pack whereever I go so I won't need much data on my phone. I hope.

@MBO

Yes, after 24 hours your 10 day roaming package expires, you can purchase the same roaming add on. If you don't want service interruption, you could contact customer service agent to buy the same add on earlier.

You can purchase the add on in Canada or USA via your self service account.

You can purchase add on in Canada before you leave for the USA, but once purchased, your 10 day add on "timer" starts immediately.

Here is some more information:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/us-roaming

Thank you so much for the information. I appreciate your feedback and thanks for the solution to calling in earlier so as not to disrupt service.
