Virtual Visa Debit

Does the (electronic) Virtual Debit Visa from RBC work when it comes to paying for a plan? The physical copy of the Visa the bank offers does not allow online payments. The Virtual Visa Debit card does. But do YOU accept it as payment? I don't want to buy a SIM card to find out later that the payment cannot be completed. Thank you in advance for the help!

@adrianna_izy PM do accept Visa Debit, but its hard to say it will work for sure since you might have some restrictions regarding online payment. There is no way to know other than trying or if someone uses the same card.

"we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S."

That's a good question. Do you have a friend with pm that will be referring you? If so ask them to see if you can add the card to their account (temporarily). If it is accepted for registration for pre-authorized payment then it will likely be accepted for payment as well.

I don't know what the determining factor is but It won't even accept the exact same card I use for my other 2 PM accounts tonight. Good luck!

UPDATE:

it did work for me. I don't know if it works for every RBC Virtual Debit Visa, though.
