I had 2g Bonus Data in my account. I used some of them but still have rest of them when I checked a few days ago, but now disappeared.

do you remember how much of the 2GB left a couple days ago?

Try using Incognito mode to login to My Account, check Usage History and sum up the data usage from the last couple days and see if it make sense

Don't use filter from the page directly. There is a glitch there, better to download the usage in xls file and filter using Excel

Try refreshing your browser to get updated on your data usage. You can also check on the usage when and where it was used for.
