      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, sometimes autopay fails. Make a manual payment and it should reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/165403"&gt;@rmvwebb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your renewal date is tomorrow, everyone account show suspended/cancelled…this is normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your service is still working, just ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will go back to Active after your renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
