Is your renewal date tomorrow?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes for both questions then this is a standard notice to every member that the account is suspended/expired but if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds to ignore notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/259708"&gt;@djjunger&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Chances are Pre-Authorized payment failed.&amp;nbsp; It could be an issue from your credit card or an issue with Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, since PM is prepaid, once the payment is not make, the line will be suspended&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But no worry, just login to My Account, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Reactivate my plan&lt;/STRONG&gt; and follow the steps to complete the payment&lt;/P&gt;</description>
