But admittedly you switched mindlessly now you have to deal with the consequences. There is no going back I've tried with an account I manage and its not possible even if it was 100% pm's fault. There are far worse outcomes from mindlessly signing up for something but that's neither here nor there now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can get a great deal with your home network provider then I suggest the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Schedule a change plan on next renewal to the $15 plan.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Activate after your renewal date with the other provider.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have dual sim phone then use both Sim cards or see point #4.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Call forward your pm number to your new provider phone number.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you want use Mighty text to forward your texts as well.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use your 65+points to redeem for bill credits and discounted add ons like 10 day US Roaming add ons that are discounted between 25% and 50% off the regular purchase price.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once you have exhausted the points balance suspend it if you are close to getting your 10 anniversary points to redeem them as well otherwise port out.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If your phone number is not vital to you then you can suspend for 88/90 days and use it for a data account when needed or for 30 days when reactivation is necessary. Time the reactivation to occur during the month of December to take advantage of the likely "more is merrier" bonus add ons further builds up your data bank. Redeem points for discounted data add ons rather than bill credits will extend the life of your data bank or at the very least you can maintain the account for at least two years.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Suspending before midnight eastern on day 30 should keep your voicemail active while suspended. Change your voicemail message to include your new provider phone number so your contacts can continue to reach you.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Good Luck.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wasn't happy with the 30% rate hike to my $10 plan in the spring nor with the CCTS ruling on pm breaking the terms of service. Oh well....after reactivating it took me 6 weeks to refer 3 more customers.....back to free. You could do the same if you want to be proactive and get back to a similar discount that you had previously....or go further like regulars do in the community and just get pm to pay you to be their customer. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just switched mindlessly to the new point system but something tells me it was a mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I cancel this change ? I was getting 10$ off my monthly bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I end up paying more monthly after this switch, I'm going to have to seriously reconsider my business with Public, as this is not a good way to treat loyal clients.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That pretty much sums it up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They make it sound like an upgrade, when it's a downgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've always accepted offers from Public Mobile w/o reading the fine print for 7+ years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought it was another good offer, so I clicked Accept.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm screwed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going to juice the Points stuff and switch to another provider once I'm done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;End of story.&lt;BR /&gt;Next !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51214"&gt;@bloom84&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you should know most rewards program changes are going for worse than better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My favourite examples, McDonalds got rid of the 7 coffees for 1 free and went with the point system.&amp;nbsp; You have no choice, the force you into it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another example, ,Starbucks "upgrade' their rewards system with points, you can get more different items to redeem&amp;nbsp; but you need more points to redeem anything.&amp;nbsp; You have no choice and&amp;nbsp; they migrated you all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My favourite cash back credit card goes from 2% to 1.5% to just 1% in the last couple years, I have no choice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;EM&gt;this is not a good way to treat loyal clients"&lt;/EM&gt;.. but this is the business way&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With PM Rewards, at least they gave you the choice.&amp;nbsp; No one force to migrate you.&amp;nbsp; You were given a chance to understand and you chooe to&amp;nbsp; migrate yourself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Understand you don't like it and you want to roll back. No, no such option as you clearly warned and you accepted it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But a least&amp;nbsp; the new reward system still give you saving that other provider not giving you&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, you are going from A LOT of reward $ into less, but you sure you want to go from A LOT of reward $ into NO reward at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, you picked the wrong solution.&amp;nbsp; That is not the solution to your problem&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm already an Internet/cable client, I have gigs of bandwidth rewards and other perks stacked for my "future phone plan"... which by the way is more or less the same thing, at more or less the same price as far as I'm concerned...
