      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68094"&gt;@RossN&lt;/a&gt; we opened a ticket, and still going thru the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cell reception was still flakey when manually switching to 3G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have since, reset the network settings and things are working at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fingers crossed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
