      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really frustrated! I used a credit voucher today to pay my bill as my credit card was lost and I’m waiting a new one. Once I used the voucher the account said I owed $0. When I made a call just now I couldn’t. Now my account says I’m not paid up and owe $4.00. What gives??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
