      <title>internet connection problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I have been with PM for 6 months without issues. This morning my ios10 phone lost connection. I see LTE but there is no internet connection. I checked APN settings and they look good. I checked the self portal and account is active. I've rebooted it 3 times and tried removing the sim.       <description>&lt;P&gt;When you were checking the self-portal, did you notice if you had used all your data? Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to make sure the information is current.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure you've turned on cellular data and that your browser has permission to use cellular data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
