      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, finally I ported my friend’s number to PM successful last night, but know her phone number only can leave voice messages, can’t call in and out? Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/137717"&gt;@Lehaha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;maybe that is not PM VM but VM of her previous provider?&amp;nbsp; Can she receive any incoming calls or text at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from the old provider and reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you fd is not receiving calls and text on&amp;nbsp; PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls,&amp;nbsp; then she might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
