Signed up a few weeks ago and transferred my number. Now my voicemail doesn't work?

What are the steps to set it up?

What part of it all is not working? When someone calls in does the call go to a voicemail box? Or if you call your number? Or is it pressing the voicemail button or link or whatever to get to voicemail is not working? Or that when in voicemail you don't hear the messages?
