      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was signed up for autopsy this time the pmt didn’t come out so I tried to add the pmt by logging in to my public mobile account. It has two step verification &amp;nbsp;but I no longer have the email address listed on the account so the code They send I can’t get. I also tried the 611 number but it ask for a pin which I don’t know. How am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i supposed to add funds to reactive my phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/259591"&gt;@Jerryreid&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your SMS messages for PM sent you after your activation.&amp;nbsp; It contains your PIN#.&amp;nbsp; PM sent you 2 SMS messages.&amp;nbsp; The first one is the PM server generated PIN# just in case your did not provide a PIN#.&amp;nbsp; The second SMS message is the one which you provided during the activation.&amp;nbsp; If you received 2 SMS message, use the PIN# in the second SMS message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had deleted the PM SMS messages, create a support ticket to get CS Agent help to change PIN# or login 2FA etc by using the &lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Chatbot(SIMon) link&lt;/FONT&gt; at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dial 611 to familiarize yourself. You should hear details of your Suspended Account. Then you can add the vouchers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
