I purchased us roaming add on and I'm in Usa and it doesn't work

Roaming has been problematic especially after T-Mobile turned off the HSPA network. If you force your phone to 2g on the T-Mobile network, do at least phone calls work?

@Miha_0707 which US roaming add-on you got? just Talk? or Text ? or Data? or Combo?

getting Text and Data should be relatively easy, make sure your Roaming Data is enabled on your device

Try to connect manually to T-Mobile first. If that does not work, try manually connect to AT&T

Also, where you are now? State and city? Please note roaming does not work in Alaska
