      <description>&lt;P&gt;What make and model phone? There are some problem areas that just won't work. I think we know Alaska and maybe parts of NY. Is it only data roaming or did you also get text and talk?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On your iPhone, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; / &lt;STRONG&gt;Cellular&lt;/STRONG&gt; / &lt;STRONG&gt;Network Selection&lt;/STRONG&gt;...disable Automatic and manually select &lt;STRONG&gt;T-Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt; as your network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try &lt;STRONG&gt;Verizon&lt;/STRONG&gt; just to see if that'll work...let us know if it does.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
