      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently switched he'd from prepaid bell to public mobile.&amp;nbsp; Now I cannot receive text or calls from my parents who are with bell and they do not recieve any text from me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Login to your account. Your phone number from Bell is on your profile page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If yes,&lt;/STRONG&gt; PM has done its work to setup your old number for you to call out, send text and use data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If no,&lt;/STRONG&gt; you should create a support ticket for CSA to investigate. CSA wait time is from couple of hours to couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Stage 2.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Now, you are waiting for your old provider (Bell) to release your number to PM. Not until your old provider release your number, all the incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider. You can continue to use the old provider SIM card until it stops working which is the indication that your number was released to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you leave your &lt;STRIKE&gt;parents'&lt;/STRIKE&gt; SIM card in the phone to receive transfer confirmation SMS message and confirm that your &lt;STRIKE&gt;parents&lt;/STRIKE&gt; want to port &lt;STRIKE&gt;their&lt;/STRIKE&gt; your number to PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If yes,&lt;/STRONG&gt; just wait for Bell release your &lt;STRIKE&gt;parents'&lt;/STRIKE&gt; phone number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If not&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Make sure your &lt;STRIKE&gt;parents&lt;/STRIKE&gt; SIM card is in your phone to receive port confirmation message from Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Create a support ticket for CS_Agent to send the port request to Bell again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No I took the old sim out and put I&amp;nbsp; the public mobile one in.&amp;nbsp; Then went on public mobile site and set up my phone. I still have the old sim.&amp;nbsp; Can I reinsert that sim and complete the transfer now?&amp;nbsp; Or is it to late?&amp;nbsp; Cause enough my phone is saying sim error and showing some in the top corner.&amp;nbsp; Or would it be easier to get a new sim and number.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
