    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do have multiple sets of 12 digit numbers then simply always use the one called PIN#.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again in about an hour. If that's still a problem then yes it would be faster to have support put it in than to wait out the stupid delay that some vendors have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15043"&gt;@computergeek541&lt;/a&gt;- My interpretation of the subject line is that he's trying to use 611 to enter vouchers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your credit card/debit card work in places other than the Public Mobile site?&amp;nbsp; If you've tried to add it multiple times, Pubilc Mobile may have locked out usage of the card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ensure you are using the correct 12 digit code.
