      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258901"&gt;@edilbertoBula&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund unless it is a problem with their system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have paid extra, the extra amount should stay in your My account as Available Fund for use in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have ported away, those amount in the Available or amount for the remaining days of that cycle will be fofeited.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you want to discuss with PM Support, here you are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258901"&gt;@edilbertoBula&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is all online service so you can contact them by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them…can’t talk to staff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were double charge on your account, it will remain in your account as credit so you didn’t loss any money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are request a refund on the balance in your account after porting out…you won’t get any refund as PM is a PREPAID service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can an Oracle merge the same duplicate request?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
