Promo data not working?

I just used my plan's data, however I have a promo for an additional 2GB. This would be fine if I could use data, but it's not working. I have a $37.50/mo plan, so it's not my eligibility. What gives? I want my morning spotify.

Hi @TurboTiberium the site have problem with cache. Try using another browser or Incognito/Private mode to check again and see if the promo data is really there

If the data is there , try reboot the phone once

Log in to your account and under the add-ons and promo box is a little spinner refresh icon. Click them. See if you get updated information. If you don't see any data shown then perhaps you've used all of that data as well.

there's a new $40/5gb 4g plan. I suggest changing to it on your next renewal date
