Hi there,

I would like to have my Bill Account No. pls, thank you.

And wondering if you have other methods to reach other than dialing #611 and email, such as : customer service line

Log in to your account and go to the profile page and you'll see the account number area and hover over the eye to get the account number.

You can also find it in your welcome email.

The customer service line is through private messaging or creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot.
