I had 2 GB data as per my plan for last 3 years. Why it is suddenly reduced to 1024 MB but bill is same. I did not receive any notification of reduction of data.

If you have $25 plan , it is always 1GB

Any chance you got mixed up with the 2GB bonus you got from December? the 2GB bonus was a one time non-expiry bonus. You might have got that in the last couple Decembers

What plan do you have?

I am not aware of any 2GB plan (unless it is some grandfathered plan).

Maybe you had some promo or bonus data topping to 2GB?

You probably had a one-time 1GB add-on, a which were offered as holiday offers the last 2-3 years. If you go over your base-plan's included 1GB, it would start consuming from the extra 1GB add-on. The extra 1GB will remain available forever but once you use it, it's gone forever.
