It seems others can log into account as well.

This is ridiculous. A person cant even pay for their phone service. Anybody have any clue if they are actually currently trying to fix this issue.

It is absolutely ridiculous around here. Too many people having these problems. The regulars here of course don't seem to. But for so many customers to come in here complaining about one thing or another to do with logging in and that it just keeps going is ridiculous.

The workarounds are of course to use a different browser or device or to use private mode. Or if on a mobile browser to try using it in desktop mode.

There are also other ways to pay like vouchers, real time payments and with the 4 digit account pin.

Go to Shell Gas or Walmart and get payment vouchers to cover renewal costs...add them to your account by dialing 611. Then deal with your account access when convenient.
