Is the rewards portal down?

I've been trying to access the rewards page all day but I get the error attached. I'm still on the old reward system.

I tried different account, different browser, cleared cache, etc. No luck.

@zaptor99 Look like it might be down at the moment. Trying to login now and it keeps spinning

HI @zaptor99 I got the same "Ooops" message even I clear cached and tried Incognito mode

And I stole all your rewards too before I broke it :). It's been down for a few hours and wasn't sure if it doesn't work anymore for old rewards users.

@zaptor99 No worry, I think it will be up soon. It is common here for site to be down for couple hours.. 🙂
