It happens sometimes too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit....&amp;nbsp; You might want to get a ticket started for a CS Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They may have to reprovision your sim card for you from their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you don't waste anymore of your time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;[CSAs were needed ...........       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/259088"&gt;@MYSL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my friend had the same problem where they can send and receive text but incoming calls goes to VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was a provisional backend problem that a CS_Agent can fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact them by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them with the envelope icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
