      <description>&lt;P&gt;You SHOULD get such SMS every 30 days if your account is active unless you are blocking SMS from 611.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in, check if your account is active and verify payment history.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/259090"&gt;@Jackbrownell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can login to your account and check if AutoPay is Enabled and if your account is Active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If AutoPay is disabled, just turn it back on. Seems that the system disable on some members account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
