      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to enter a new credit card, it just says "&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried clearing cache, etc, but doesn't appear to be a browser issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes, I am using the correct credit card number, expiry date, CVV.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in to your account using a different web browser...Firefox works here. Also, clear cache files and log in using incognito mode/&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about if turn off your phone and turn on again, sometimes this can fix lot of problems:)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The best you can do without their help is turn off autopay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
