Why are there no human beings in this company that can actually help me like I do Not want to chat online give me a phone number for customer service

@JQuesnek , unfortunately there is no call center with this service. Support can be reached using the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket. What is your issue? If it is not account related, the community can be very helpful.

If you don't like dingbots send a private message. Read the spoiler in the post linked at the bottom of my thread to keep the need to message back and forth with a CSA to a minimum. There is no phone number to call.

There is nothing wrong with the service. Sounds like reading and comprehension is your problem. It’s all online and this is clearly stated on the website.

I hope you read service agreement before signing up. No reason to be pissed off on PM as they were upfront that there is NO live human support to talk to.

On this Community, we are all human members that can help with the majority of common problems.

If we can’t help with tougher issues, you can contact a human PM staff in writing through private messaging or create a ticket through SIMon Chatbot.

Not really that hard. Just a different form of communication.
