It isn't as simple as saying "any" network.&amp;nbsp; Number portability rules need to followed. While prepaid/postpaid doesn't make a difference, the new carrier has to be able to give out phone numbers for the same city as your current phone number (even though you would be taking a phone number with you to the new carrier).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
