topic Plan usage versus add on usage in Get Support

Hi, I have reached 75% of my monthly plan usage for data. However, when I log in to Public Mobile self serve, it seems to show that I have add-on data usage available. I didn't buy any add-on data usage this month. So, is this from a previous month? And can I use it this month? Thanks.

Add-ons will stay on your account until you use them fully. They do not expire. Except US add-ons which last 10 days only from the moment you purchase them.

So yes, you can continue to use data add-on this month too until it goes to zero.

For Add on data, yes, you can roll over to next months, but this is not your data from previous month. Perhaps this might be a gift from Public mobile in Christmas.
