      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems autopay failed. Happens. Shouldn't. But it does. Make a payment from any of the options and that should restart the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But wait, there's no outstanding balance. Are your services working? Did this message come from 611?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your phone is still working and your next renewal is scheduled for tonight...just ignore the Suspended message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a valid credit card set to Autopay...everything should be working ok in morning. You account is just going through the renewal process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
