I redeemed $15.00 reward for 1 gig data and was charged $37.29 for my monthly plan which I did not change. Please help. Thanks

Did you have any existing funds on account?

When you say 'redeemed' - did you exchange points for $?

Redeeming points for an add-on doesn't change the amount that you would be charged for your plan. What's the pre-tax price of your plan?

I always like seeing pre-tax...$33. How did you redeem from what? Voucher? Registered credit card?
