      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245075"&gt;@htkwan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;how long was the account suspended?&amp;nbsp; If less than 90 days, it should be ok.&amp;nbsp; Just need to find a way to login&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try Reset Password.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Enter the email address and they will send you the link to reset it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, please open ticket with CS agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
