      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, my credit card expired so I tried to pay my sim card payment with a voucher, but because the voucher was put in wrong too many times my account got locked. In addition, is there a way to put in a new 4-digit pin to set up a new credit card because I have forgotten my old one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wait about an hour and use 611. Be sure to use the proper 12 digit code. If there's more than 1 then use the one called PIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258499"&gt;@Ragini1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you made more than 5 or 6 attempts it can get fraud locked at the account level. You can wait 24 hours and try again or contact customer support to remove the fraud lock. They can even add the voucher if you like....? You can reset you PIN # on your profile page in your self serve account.
