I am trying to update the exp date for the credit card which i been paying public mobile with and it will not accept it. the card is active and in use with other providers for my house. i need to take care of this immediately.

@courtjester23 Have you tried using incognito/private mode or another browser?

You could also (for now) purchase a voucher from either SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 which gives you more time to sort out the CC issue. Recharge.com is another option for a fee.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
