@ME- Do you have the correct APN settings? Here's couple of links to check your APN.

@ME-

If you have an iPhone, check to see if MMS is enabled by going to Settings>Messaging>enable MMS Messaging.

what exact brand and model is your Android ?

your data is working and just cannot MMS?

Samsung or another brand? I am guessing you maybe figured out your APN settings and resolved the issue since we haven't heard back?
