Or use a non-mobile browser on a non-mobile device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've been doing multiple attempts though then you should wait an hour. Or the payment has locked out for too many attempts and you would support to unlock it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has any money in fact transacted yet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>"Oops! something went wrong..." trying to upgrade to new 4g $45 plan---disregard 3rd time worked.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Excited to see the new 4g plans I clicked to upgrade...the calculation went through showing 15 credit deduction due to balance, but when selecting my method of payment (and I tried two different visa debit cards both accounts have more than enough funds to cover the cost) I receive the error&amp;nbsp;"Oops! something went wrong..."&amp;nbsp; then in about 1/2 second the page refreshes waiting for me to select method of payment...stuck in that endless loop.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I just have to check my accounts to make sure the other transactions didn't go through&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, unless you have ran out of data, I would suggest against performing an immediate plan change.&amp;nbsp; A scheduled plan change will make it so that you don't lose any time/money from your existing plan, and it also doesn't require you to make any payment at this moment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
