Horrible business concept so far.

How can I receive my 4 digit pin to make a payment. I got a new phone recently..

@JmanPlumber when you first activated your account, you would have set it up yourself

You can login to My Account to make a change to the 4 digits pin, and even make a payment.

To change 4 digits PIN, login to My Account, go to the profile page:

Get payment voucher at Shell Gas or Walmart..then dial 611 to add them to your account. No PIN req'd.

@JmanPlumber hi you should have received one when you activated,go into your self serve account go to profile you can change/make a new one there

When opening an account you have been asked to create and REMEMBER your PIN.

I do not need luck with PM service; it works perfectly well for my needs and agents are very responsive wen needed. I guess they like my Community name 😘
