    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does my plan information on my account have the wrong information again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened last month and I opened a ticket and was told what I was seeing wasn't actually what my account information was. After we spoke, the correct information appeared on my account... it was fixed, perfect!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when I am logging on to see what my current gig usage is, it has the same issue as last month with the wrong renewal plan listed again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I really have to open a ticket every single month to have this fix or is the information I am seeing just wrong and when my renewal happens it will be for the correct plan and correct amount?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help on this would be great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No you shouldn't need to ask them every time you want get your account info. It's that they made a system change that introduced this incredibly stupid caching problem. So you&amp;nbsp; can click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode when you want to have a look. It's ridiculous but here we are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
