      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in to your account and update CC info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot log in then:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74730"&gt;@ThelV&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;can you login to My Account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, just login to My Account, go to Payment tab and you can change your credit card if you have a new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not have a new credit card yet, you can go to a store and buy a voucher, then login to My Account or use *611 to load your voucher. Try to get the voucher from SDM or 711 or Shell or London Drug as their vouchers can be used immediately. Vouchers from other stores might have a 24 hours wait time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
