I changed my account type for 2 months while I was getting a new company phone. I changed it back, to the $15 plan, yet I am still being charged the $40 on the renewal cycle. The page shows that I have the $15 dollar selected.

How do I go about fixing this?

It says that the $15 plan is the current plan. When the plan renewed, it charged the $40, but it my minutes and data reflect the $15 plan.
